Open case, remove drive, set jumpers if need be to match old drive, put new drive in, close case. You can't post answers that contain an email address. Burned to cd, have one just for manuals.
I am running Windows Professional Service Pack 4 installed. Win doesn't recorginzed it as a burner but as Any program i use to make a dvd just doesn't find the blank.
